I’ve been waiting for an Indian restaurant to open in Bardstown, and this one does not disappoint! The food is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the rose lassi — it’s fantastic!

As good as (if not better than) any place in Louisville. We tried the chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, and rose lassi and everything was delicious. The staff and owner were genuinely friendly, and we’ll definitely be back. So excited Bardstown finally has an Indian restaurant!

Food is as authentic as it gets and if you don’t know what authentic taste like then just eat here so you have a standard to go by. Owner is a top fella and deserves all the success. Thank you for the experience.

I ate my food too fast to take photos!! Food was delicious. Yes a little pricey but good healthy food is not always cheap. And there was plenty for a decent meal with leftovers for lunch. So glad to have an option other than southern comfort food here in Bardstown!! So many vegetarian options as well which I super appreciated!!

Once again the food and drinks were excellent, with flavorful and aromatic traditional Indian dishes. The Curry Lounge beautifully dispels the misconception that Indian cuisine is always overly hot and spicy, instead offering a balanced journey through authentic flavors that appeal to a wide range of tastes. We were fortunate to have the owner, Manoj, personally guide us through the entire dinner, making the experience not only delicious but also educational. His hospitality and passion for the cuisine made the evening truly memorable. Overall, it was a fantastic night of food, drink, and cultural appreciation at an incredibly reasonable price. We’re excited to return and look forward to seeing the planned enhancements to this wonderful new dining experience.

We love Indian food, usually have to drive to Louisville. We tried the Curry Lounge the other night and love it. The menu is still a bit limited, but what they offer is good. The young man serving us was a riot and quick. I hope others will try the place so they can continue to grow.

The food is amazing! The samosas are flavorful and the chutneys are done right. They have a great variety of chicken and vegetarian dishes. Bardstown is very lucky to have this menu. Definitely try the naan - homemade and perfect!

This place was delicious. Just as good or even better than some of the places in Louisville. The owner came out to tell us about the place and even let us sample some Rose Lassi. Everything was great. Will definitely be coming back!
